Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Designhouse (the “Service”), operated by Designhouse. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Designhouse is an AI-assisted website builder. You describe the site you want, our tools help you build it, and you can publish it to a Designhouse address or, on a paid plan, your own custom domain. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

You own the content you create with Designhouse. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it so we can operate the Service (for example, storing your site and serving it to visitors). You're responsible for your content and for having the rights to everything you upload or publish.

Don't use Designhouse to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, send spam, or build sites that are deceptive, abusive, or harmful. Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, or abuse our AI credits, rate limits, or free tier. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. AI features consume credits; allowances and limits are described on our pricing page and may change. Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe — we don't store your full card details.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account; it remains active until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancelling reverts your account to the free plan — your sites stay live and your work is preserved, but paid features (extra sites, custom domains, badge removal) pause. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. You're responsible for reviewing what you publish.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designhouse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions? Email support@designhouse.com.
