We want you to feel good about upgrading. Your first Pro paymentis covered by a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If Pro isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of that first charge and we'll refund it in full.

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges — your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Cancelling is always available from your account settings via the billing portal. When a paid plan ends, your sites stay live and your work is preserved; paid features simply pause until you resubscribe.

Email support@designhouse.com from the address on your account and let us know you'd like a refund of your first Pro payment. We'll take care of it.
