- Will the AI write my copy for me?
- It will draft it, and for a writer that is usually the wrong move. Bring your own sentences: paste them in chat and ask for them to be used as written. The AI is there for the design, the layout and the pages you would rather not write yourself.
- Can I show samples of client work?
- Yes. Describe each project in your own words and the site lays them out. Whether to name the client is your call and your contract's; the site does not need names or logos to make the point.
- Can clients pay or book me through the site?
- No. They can send a project inquiry with what they need and it reaches you by email and in your dashboard. Invoicing and scheduling stay with the tools you already use, and you can link out to them.
- Can you build from the website I have now?
- Yes. Give the chat its address and it reads the site before asking you anything, so what it can already see it never asks about: your services, your opening hours, how people reach you. Your logo and the photographs on it are carried across into the new site. If the business has no website, your name and town will find its Google listing, which gives the address, the phone number and the hours.
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No. You type what you want changed, like "change the phone number" or "make the background white," and the AI makes it. There's no code to write and no page builder to learn.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. Connect your domain on the Pro plan, SSL included. Free sites publish to a designhouse.site address.
- What does it cost, and what if I stop?
- Free to start, no card required. Every new account includes enough build credit to create your site and take it live. You can cancel any time and your published site stays up.
