- Can clients book sessions online?
- They can send an inquiry saying whether they would prefer in person or online, and it reaches you by email and in your dashboard. There is no booking calendar and no online payment. If you already use a practice management tool for scheduling, link out to it.
- Can the site explain confidentiality and its limits?
- Yes. Tell the chat how you handle confidentiality and it goes on the site in plain language. The wording is yours to check against your professional body's requirements; the site does not supply it for you.
- Should I show my fees?
- Most people decide whether to get in touch based on the fee and whether the first call is free, so stating both usually helps. If you would rather not, say so in chat and the site points people to the inquiry form instead.
- Can I work online only, without a practice address?
- Yes. Say the practice is online and the site leaves out the address and describes how video sessions work instead. You can add an address later by chat.
- Do I need to know how to code?
