Design House offers Canada wide shipping. Shipping rates vary depending on if your order includes accessories or furniture. Below you will find our shipping rates and more information.
Alternatively, all orders can be picked up from our retail store located at 851 Homer Street in downtown Vancouver - simply select this option at checkout.
Standard Shipping
Accessories
Accessories are primarily shipped through Canada Post. In certain cases we use other carriers such as Purolator or FedEx, depending on the items being shipped and the delivery location.
Accessories ship free on orders over $75. Otherwise there is a $10 flat rate fee.
Furniture
During a pre-scheduled window, our delivery partners will deliver your packaged furniture at the property line, end of the driveway, curb, or loading dock. Assembly and packaging disposal is not included. We recommend having two people available at the time of delivery.
Furniture ships free on orders over $5,000. Otherwise there is a $295 flat rate fee.
White Glove Delivery
In some cases we are able to arrange White Glove Delivery, which includes in-home delivery, assembly, and packaging removal. Note that our White Glove Delivery partners are unable to mount or install items into your wall or ceiling, such as a chandelier.
White Glove Delivery availability and rates depend on your location and the items being delivered. Regardless of the order total, White Glove Delivery does not qualify for free shipping. We generally charge less than our cost for White Glove Delivery. Please contact us for a White Glove Delivery quote.
USA
Design House offers USA shipping on all accessories. We do not ship furniture to the USA. All prices listed are in Canadian dollars.
Accessories ship free to the USA on orders over $500. Otherwise there is a $50 flat rate fee.
International
