Refund Policy

All returns must be in original condition and packaging, and be accompanied by a receipt. 

We do not accept returns on sale items, custom orders, or seasonal items. 

All pre-ordered items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days or exchanged within 14 days.

Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 7 days of receipt.
